Terms of service

Commercial terms, scope boundaries, and intellectual property transfer rules for Highway Poster Service projects.

Engagement and fees

I deliver billboard concept packages for a flat fee of $1,500. This fee covers three distinct creative directions based on verified facts supplied during project intake. Payment is invoiced upon delivery of concepts or via agreed advance retainer.

I do not work on speculative pitch models, monthly retaining subscriptions, or performance royalty agreements.

Turnaround and revisions

Concepts are delivered electronically within five business days of receiving confirmed project facts and billing confirmation.

The flat fee includes one round of typographical and layout calibrations on one selected direction. Requests for entirely new concepts after delivery constitute a separate engagement.

Intellectual property and ownership

Upon receipt of full payment, all copyright, display rights, and vector artwork ownership for the selected concept transfer unconditionally to the client. Unselected alternative concepts remain the intellectual property of Highway Poster Service.

I reserve the right to display final artwork in portfolio archives and cold-outreach case studies unless an explicit non-disclosure agreement is executed in writing prior to project kickoff.

Outdoor vendor compliance and print guarantees

Final mechanical artwork is built to exact technical specifications published by commercial outdoor media vendors (Lamar Advertising, Outfront Media, and Clear Channel Outdoor).

I guarantee production-ready scaled vector PDF files (for static bulletins) and high-resolution RGB JPEG files (for digital LED billboards). Clients are responsible for negotiating their media leases, production flight dates, and vinyl printing contracts directly with media owners.
